Annie Wersching
Annie Wersching, born March 28, 1977 is an American actress , best recognized for her part in 24 as well as the voice work she did for Tess in the video game The Last of Us. Wersching was born in St. Louis, Missouri and raised there. She attended high school at Crossroads College Preparatory School in the Central West End of St. Louis where she graduated in 1995. Star Trek: Enterprise was her first role as an actor. She began to play guest roles on shows such as Charmed, Killer Instinct and Supernatural. From March through November 2007, she played the recurring role as Amelia Joffe on the ABC Daytime soap series General Hospital. She has also worked in theaters like Victory Gardens. Marriott Lincolnshire. The Utah Shakespearean Festival. She also participated in Irish dancing and was a member of the St. Louis Celtic Stepdancers. She has an undergraduate degree in Fine Arts from Millikin University in musical theater. After her two-season time in 24, Wersching played a guest role on numerous shows, including CSI, NCIS, Rizzoli and Isles Hawaii Five-0, Body of Proof, Dallas, Revolution, Castle, Blue Bloods, The Vampire Diaries and Touch (which stars her 24 co-star Kiefer Sutherland). In 2014, she was an episode regular on the debut season of the Amazon Prime crime show Bosch. Wersching was the National League's catcher on 2009 Taco Bell All-Star Legends and Celebrity Softball Game. In December 2012, it was announced that Wersching played the voice actor and mocap actor for Tess in the PlayStation 3 exclusive The Last of Us. Geoff Keighley teased Wersching's character via Twitter, and her identity was revealed in the Spike Video Game Awards story trailer on December 7 December 7, 2012. Wersching was to play the character of the Borg Queen on Star Trek: Picard in season 2.
